Terms & Conditions
For all work, designs will be started upon submission of a deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS! I require a 50% deposit on all services purchased. Upon completion of the design, remaining balances must be paid. Final Designs will not be sent until balances are paid. Any physical products items ordered (flyers, business cards, etc.) will not ship out until the final balance is paid.
Deposits/Payments are non-refundable! You are paying for my time and to secure your spot on the order list.
Privacy Policy
All information disclosed on this site is protected. I hereby promise and confirm that no information shared on this site will be shared or disclosed to any third parties. This includes email addresses, addresses, telephone numbers, credit card information, etc.
Designs are solely yours after completion of payment, and ideas will never be shared with another client! Your ideas are yours! I pride myself on being trustworthy and believe in keeping my clients' trust.
Shipping Policy​
All items are shipped via USPS. Once items are ready for shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking number to update. Stationary items and banners are shipped via ups. Standard shipping via USPS is 1-3 business days.
